This system stores information needed to run day-to-day attendance and academic administration:
This information is used solely to administer the Madrasa: recording attendance, tracking academic progress, managing staff and student records, and communicating with students and staff.
Access is restricted to Madrasa administrators and teaching staff, and is limited to what each role needs: teachers can see records for the students they teach, and students/parents can see only their own records.
Data is stored in a private database accessible only to authorized administrators, and is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Automated backups are kept for disaster recovery.
